Disabled people and their families can explore their mobility options this summer at Motability’s One Big Day at Westpoint in Exeter, on Saturday 26 July 2014.
Hosted by Motability, the leading car scheme for disabled people, the One Big Day event will feature more than 50 cars from 13 different manufacturers – Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), over 30 models of scooters and a wide selection of adaptations and powered wheelchairs.
Completely free to attend, the One Big Day event is one of six events taking place across the UK this summer. The event will offer disabled people the chance to find out more about the range of cars, adaptations, scooters and powered wheelchairs available to lease through the Scheme. Visitors can test drive a selection of cars, including some fitted with popular driving adaptations, talk to Motability advisors and gather a range of helpful information, while enjoying a great day out with their friends and families.
The One Big Day event provides fun for the whole family with free entry, free parking, a free hot or cold drink and the chance to win an iPad mini. Little ones can make the most of the KidZone which offers free face painting and the chance to meet the Motability mascot ‘Billy the Bear’.
Motability’s One Big Day event at Westpoint in Exeter takes place on Saturday 26 July 2014 from 9am until 4pm.
